100% correct Hoop. This team will only "overachieve" if they manage to make an unexpected NCAA run. Overachieve would be going to the final four but at the very least, I expect us to win the regular season title and make it to the second round of the NCAA tourney. AT LEAST!!!! This team is full of talent and I really believe Willis will make a HUGE impact on the team. I was able to watch him play pick-up games this week and man, the guy can just plain PLAY!!! He can shoot and dunk, finish inside and out. I really like this addition.
Overachieve is no longer applicable when it comes to us having a good season and making it to the tournament. Overachieve, has now been elevated to us being a national presence. Expectations are great next season but they are only as great as the talent that is on this team and the talent that is coaching this team. I believe that we have THE most talented team that the MWC has ever seen. I mean from top to bottom, I can't recall a team filled with such talented players at every spot.
Expectations have been raised and this next season marks the full awakening of the UNLV POWERHOUSE.....The best is yet to come.
