man, i hope when the smoke clears Detroit fires Saunders and goes after Avery.  I believe he is truly an amazing coach, way better than Saunders. The players in Detroit will listen to Him and respect Him more, and I believe that Johnson will prove he is a good coach there by bringing the Title back to Motown.  I do not believe it was Johnson's fault they lost to Mia and in the first two rounds these past two seasons as much as it was the motivation of the players and their lack of committment to excellence.  i feel that if Johhnson came to Piston Basketball he would succeed under players who have a desire to learn and WIN, and those players would finally have a great coach.  Saunders has proven only that he knows how to lose.  He does not have what it takes to win, and we Pistons fans are growing weary of losing.

PLEASE fire Saunders and bring on Avery Johnson!  then we will hang one more banner (or two) from our rafters!!!

I REALLY DON'T THINK SO!!!!

Most of the Pistons have played with Avery Johnson.  Its like when you have a friend for years and then he becomes your boss.  You don't like it and 9 times out of 10 you won't except it!!  Avery Johnson just needs to go to a team that no one has played with him for the respect that he needs and comands!!
