	They should be considered D2...at best. Tournament next year, are you kidding me? Michigan is a joke and an embarrassment to Division 1 basketball.

	Now I know they had a bad year this year under a new coach, losing 4 out of 5 starters, which meant all of their scoring rebounding and leadership gone. I believe though that the past three years they won at least 18 games and barely missed the ncaa tournament. I think they had a 20 / 11 record one year and won the nit tournament. I dont think those are things d2 schools do. how about you?

	That's a really stupid post..... Michigan will be fine and I hope they play Notre Dame sometime soon. Michigan had a bad year and hasn't had a good coach since Steve Fisher left. Now they have a good system with players who are learning on the fly. Just wait and see how this program will be back sooner then people think.

	I am a Syracuse basketball fan and you shouldn't be hoping Michigan plays any big time school because they are horrible. UND and Syracuse would beat this Michigan team easily. As for being back alot sooner than people think...that is the dumbest statement of all time. When was the last time this team made the tournament?? They went 10-22 last season. What makes you think they are ready to turn it around??? Zach Novak? Michigan basketball is a joke, D2 at best.

And some michigan fan posted somethin that they wanna play ND in basketball next season!?!?!?!? are u serious notre dame is a final 4 contender next year.....if michigan cant even compete with the teams in the big 10 then how are u gonna compete against any teams in the best conf in basketball!!?!?!?

	Who the heck are you talking to AOCOLOMBO? If this idiot wants to call Michigan Basketball D2--than Syracuse is a D2 football program just like Temple. So mind your own business and go back to the Louisville board before you get hurt. Since when is the Big "L"east the best conference in college hoops. What about the ACC, SEC, Pac 10 all of which had alot of teams in the tourney this year. Plus the Big 12 won the title with Kansas as the top dog in the nation when it was all said and done. Louisville got it handed to them by UNC anyway--no body could guard TH on the block. GO BLUE

	but were not talkin about college football....this is the michigan BASKETBALL page and tht guy is talking about how michigan should be a D2 BASKETBALL team not a D2 football team......wht are u talkin about the big east not being a a top 3 conf in basketball...they got just as many teams in the tourney as the other conferences did...they were tied with the most this year. sec shouldnt have gotten as much in as they did...big 10 was a joke. ok maybe the big east wasnt as good in the 1980's or something but its in the rise in basketball.....next year its undoubtly the best conference.........by the way michigan got it handed to them by whu ohhhhh wait they didnt even make the dance or the nit i think once again.........have fun hanging up no banners or hangging up NIT banners!!!!!!!!!!
