More over, there is no indication that anyone asked Obama to place his hand over his heart; thus no indication that he refused to do so. or that he has never placed his hand over his heat when the national anthem was being played. My guess is that you are a George (for God, as defined by Bush, and for, as defined by Bush, country) Bush fan.
