Well, he was the only one who showed up for the game against Mississippi State, however his late in the game disappearing act once again reared its ugly head.

Can't say I'll miss the guy, but I still wish him well in the NBA.  Any guesses as to his potential draft order (or team).

I think Bryce Taylor would've been drafted at the end of last season...however, I think a lot of this seasons problems where directly related to his lack of points (I actually blame not having a true point guard--but that doesn't matter now).

Anyone else think Bryce or Maarty will get drafted.  My personal thoughts are that Maarty will get picked up after the draft, and be a deep spot on the bench or D-ball.

i would like Malik to be drafted as early as possible to see another Ducks have a shot in the NBA but i don't think he will be drafted till late second round or third round but i also wouldn't be surprised if he went undrafted

as for bryce and maarty i think that maarty might have a shot at being drafted but bryce might be out of luck

hope that all the Ducks have sucess in the future and that the program starts to build from that

I would also like to see Malik get drafted, but I dont think it will happen until late. He didnt prove much to scouts this year but I wish him the best of luck.

Is Maarty going too?

I think Leunan will be a better role player in the NBA than Hairston. Hairston didn't show me much this year and Maarty was consistant.

I really don't see Malik being drafted. He's shown himself to be injury prone, and he's a tweener in size. He'd have to be a 2 guard in the pro's, and I don't see the outside shot, quickness, passing, being at the NBA level. Bryce is truly a blank slate, he has potential taht could be developed, and he could become a 2, but he'd be playing next season in the developmental league.  I can actually see an NBA career for Maarty, he might get a look as a free agent. But, I think a couple of seasons in Europe would be advantageous for him.

I don't see Malik being drafted. He has shown himself to be injury prone, and his size hurts him in the NBA. He'd have to play a 2 guard, and passing, ball handling, shooting, for that position, were not developed at Oregon. Bryce is a project, he could turn out to be a Byron Scott if a team wants to take a chance on him. I actually see Maarty having the best chance at an NBA career, but he'd probably be a free agent. If he doesn't get on a team next season, a year or two in Europe would help him a lot.

Hairston didn't really improve his stock this year and it might have dropped. Leunen will probably have a more prominent role off of an NBA bench. The draft is only 2 rounds (I believe) which makes it pretty tough to get drafted. Hairston should go to Europe and try to improve his stock for a possible future in the NBA.

You can thank Ernie for the lack of development of Hairston.  Ernie can recruit but he doesn't develop talent very well.  How do we finish 9-10 in the PAC-10 with 4 SENIORS?  Malik better get a Lonely Planet guide for (insert  foreign country here) because he's not getting picked.
