Even though they don't need him, Dan Connor at thirty would be a huge steal and a talent like that would be a great value.

Yeah, Connor is a top prospect, however he plays inside and Nick Barnett has already solidified that spot and should have been sent to the pro-bowl with his 165 tackles last year. A.J. Hawk is still maturing and getting better with his non-stop effort. Brady Poppinga has a motor every down but is a liability in pass coverage. Jerod Mayo is the fastest lb prospect and a tremendous athlete. In reality, Mayo will be gone by the time the Packers are on the clock, however if these players are available GB should get their card in in under 5 seconds and it should read Jerod Mayo, Tennessee.

I voted Mayo.

Hmm, heres waht I think...

Green Bay could use help at corner: King or Flowers could come in and be a good nickel corner and contribute right away in those passing downs.

Green Bay could use help at linebacker: Nick Barnett is one of the better mlb, and Hawk and Poppinga are good. Mayo could add speed to the unit and would be effective on blitzes and patrolling sideline to sideline.

Packers lost Corey Williams so Kentwan Balmer could fill the void. However, with the talent of Phillip Merling and Jerod Mayo still available I wouldn't expect Balmer to be selected.

I voted Mayo. He'll be an immediate impact player like a Jon Beason or Patrick Willis type lb.
