It just Irks me to the core whenever I read about predictions... REAL Baseball fans are not idiots for the most part, ( they might be annoying Jack A$$es but rarely are they idiots).   Everyone knows that the BoSox, Yanks, Tigers, Angels and Indians are the favs in the American League and that the Mets, Braves, Phils and most of the National League West are the front runners in the National League.   On paper these teams have the best overall talent...PERIOD.   What we dont know or CANT PREDICT are all the injuries and all of the other number of intangibles that can plaque ANY team throughout the course of an entire season.

To hear people create annoying banter about their team and why their team WILL WIN IT ALL is the reason why I do my best to stay away from listening to PREDICTIONS, because that's all they will ever be.

So for the record...Go Reds!  and I'll keep hope alive because I KNOW tthat eventhough they are not the team with the most talent, they will still get a chance to win each of their 162 games just like everyone else...so I say let's PLAY SOME BALL!
