to be constantly infuriated--or at least annoyed--by the semi-sensationalist ramblings of baseball's Pete Prisco, Larry Dobrow. Just when I think I'm dying for the season to get started, I remember that all that means is that ol' Larry will be clogging up the pages with his inchoerent nonsense.
It doesn't help that I couldn't really give two squirts of pee about fantasy baseball...much less entire major articles devoted to it. It's a team sport, people. Even in the era of unbridled, never-ending free agency to the point that every player should just be given 16 double-sided jerseys at the start of every year, the important thing is not how the players do, but how their teams do. It just drives me nuts to see knowledgeable fans waste their time and knowledge picking out player performances based on nothing BUT player performances. I'd rather follow a franchise. Obviously, I'm in the minority round these parts, but so be it.
