Is there ever as good a time as the first time on 'shrooms or paper? I never could recapture that first-time feeling on either. I tried like 7 or 8 more times with paper, but it kept getting progressively worse each time -- though some stuff that was out along the Jersey Shore right after Jerry Garcia died was pretty wicked.
Same with 'shrooms. My last time on booms was winter '99. I was at a house party at Drexel in Philly. Only people who were eating were supposed to be there, but that lasted all of two hours. But the thing that really sucked was these things kicked in before I even got to finish eating half an 1/8. I think they were laced. I ended up hiding in a bedroom all alone for most of the night ... until the cops came. How they didn't know I was whacked out of my mind I'll never know. How I made it to New Brunswick that same night also remains a mystery.
I'm going to get banned, aren't I? Can I save myself by pointing out that kids should do as I say, not as I do (or did, in this case).
Never do drugs, kids.
