Kidney stones?
Wow. Never thought it would be that quick. You are correct, bigd.
All taken at once from my father's kidney about 1 1/2 months ago. He showed me this pic when I visited him for Easter.
He was informed the one 'big' one was equivalent to a mature almond still in its shell. That particular one was broken into 8 pieces to be removed, and was the main source of his infection, since it lodged into the wall and had no chance of passing, quite obviously. He's had them off and on for the past 30 years, but nothing like this episode.
His doctor at Georgetown U Hospital put them all into a big prescription pill bottle and carried them around with him, asking doctors to guess what it was as he shook it. Guess we're not the only s/a's on the planet after all.
Full recovery for my recently retired old man, thankfully. Can't believe they didn't have to remove it, quite honestly.
