Perhaps you didn't read the fine print of our bet.
Rule 7, section C clearly states 'in the event of a banning, said user shall, upon his return to all star level, use the prearranged avatar that was being wagered on as his first avatar'. If you don't remember this part, you were probably drunk on a Saturday night/early Sunday morning.
