Alex Cintron, and Ruben Gotay are two that come to mind.  They have to be better than Luis Hernandez and Brandon Fahey.  I think Claudio Vargas could be a good No. 5 in the rotation.  It would give Matt Albers, Brian Burres, Hayden Penn, and Garrett Olsen more time to develop.  Pass on Byung-Hyun Kim.  Lets see who else might be available after today.

Vargas would be a good pickup. I'm still trying to figure out why they just released him. Gotay also and Cintron if there's nothing better. Kim might have a future as a bullpen arm, but I'd pass as well unless it was dirt cheap.

Many O's fans are mentioning Cintron as an option if Brian Roberts happens to leave at any time.
