Dude dont get sucked into all the Clemson BS, that town is infested with preppy/yuppy dorks who wear bowties and pink pants with boat shoes. What a bunch of flamers, best place to eat is your own house, because if you go out, be sure to wear how much money and your racism on your sleeve. I am in clemson right now, and this place is a time warp back to the cheesy 80's fraternity films with all the guys and their rayban(costa del mar) sunglasses, and the most hideous display of orange and purple everywhere makes you feel like its halloween year round. The idea that clemson is a friendly southern town is also as true as OJ Simpson's alibi, the people here are so arrogant yet so uneducated and ignorant it explains why no one from up north knows, or cares where this town is located. DON'T SWITCH TEAMS BECAUSE YOU ARE MOVING THERE, THAT SCHOOLS FOOTBALL PROGRAM IS GOING NOWHERE, STICK WITH YOUR CURRENT TEAM .

So, OSU_Airborne doesn't care for the southern hospitality of Clemson. After reading his rude comments, I don't imagine he made too many friends while in Tigertown.
Frankly, I've never seen pink pants or bow ties in Clemson and I spend 360 days a year here. To me Clemson is about as close to heaven on earth that anyone can find within these United States. Lots of students, alumni and townspeople will agree with me.
It's fine with me if "no one from up north knows, or cares where this town is located". This way, it will remain an uncrowded, yet thriving, small southern town void of big city yankees.
I promise you the weather is better than in the state of Ohio and at least we don't wear our nuts on our helmets.

Go downtown, or better yet, the fraternity quad, on one of your lame college football games, with your lame tailgating and you will see clones of this image.

OMG so fricking funny, dude you are absolutley hilarious, way to back up your lies with cheesy humor. You actually wear the memory of all your embarrassing seasons on your helmets, or better yet a mascot that is as unorginal as LSU and Auburn.
The only reason I wrote that original email is to offer a different opinion of this town, granted it is a whole lot better than Fort Bragg, NC where I currently live, but being in the Army I have seen a lot of the United States, and Clemson is full of racist WASPS, and yuppy students, and ignorant rednecks, and people trying to force their religion down your throat. You will enjoy the town if you are white, wealthy, and a little B&*ch.

Something probably happened that is making him feel that way. I've only visited Clemson twice now, but I can already tell it is a place I will be very happy at. Go Tigers!

actually my girlfriend attends your school, and actually is part of one of your athletic programs, and I have seen your school and town from all angles, full of gossip and backstabbers and crooked alumni giving handouts to your athletes. The good-ol-boy system is running rampant it that town, and pretty soon the NCAA will catch up with ya

for a yankee u have a pretty good eye. everything u have said is the reason usc fans hate clemson and they hate us because were the opposite all the mommas boys go to clemson and the people with a backbone go to carolina. its very true about the pink pants and a bowtie. i can pretty well pick a clemson fan out of any crowd. the only thing worse than a clemson student is a older graduate riding around in his sissy car wearing a golf hat and shorts sorry you got duped osu but atleast you havent turned
