The Red Sox have preached 'team first' since Theo got there so this does not surprise me at all. I think most teams would have done what they did. Before all you haters get all riled up....I heard the A's were about to announce that they were going to boycott the games as well. So it's not just a Red Sox
Also, haters, the coaches and the clubhouse staff do not make 'millions'. Yes the players do make millions, obviously, but if MLB promised everyone on the team 40k to make the trip doesn't it make sense that the players would stand up for the coaches and the clubhouse staff??
