	Aaron Rowand??? Are they joking? In my mind it is a 2-man race for both AL and NL slots. In the AL, I would pick Longoria, but wouldn't be upset if Dye was picked. The other 3, no thanks. In the NL, I would pick Carlos Lee, but would be fine with Pat Burrell. Once again, Aaron Rowand?? Maybe they need someone to pinch hit for Albert Pujols? LOL

	As a National league player - I would think pride would take over. Why play for a team that you know is going to lose?

	The entire all-star game is a joke. i think one of the biggest jokes though has to be Soriano. He probably shouldn't even be on the team and yet he's a starter. Except for homeruns Rowand is ahead of Soriano in just about every stat. Aaron Rowand??? Are they joking? In my mind it is a 2-man race for both AL and NL slots. 	The biggest joke? David Ortiz was voted as a starter. Not only has he been injured for a significant portion of this season but when he was healthy he was awful

	2-bagger I agree that Soriano isn't an all-star this year. I was never a big supporter of fans selecting the team. But to compare stats of a guy that has missed 5-6 weeks to a guy that has played everyday isn't really reasonable.
