	I didnt think they were announcing the pitchers until sunday? Could it be that just is someone's assumption? I dont really care who starts, plays, or wins the All-star joke, i mean game. The fact that Ken Griffey will be a starter is embarrasing.

	The way I look at it is at least a Red is going. There are not too many guys on this team "tearing" it up. Edinson Volquez is good and he is going to represent us. Ken Griffey Jr. is going because he is who he is.

	Edinson Volquez definitely should have been named the starter. he got snubbed a bit there, but at least he is going, and that is great for him. name-recognition won the battle this time (like pretty much every time when all-star games are involved)

	I said a few weeks ago that Webb would start. I don't think that Clint Hurdle has seen Volquez pitch in person yet. And he's more familiar with Webb than Lincecum, I'm sure. It kinda sucks, but it's just the All-Star game...it's only going to affect two teams and one of them is not the Reds. Also, I don't think they've officially announced that Volquez is on the roster yet, have they? I think they do that today at 2pm on TBS.
