Whats up with the new flopping rule? -

	Players in the upcomming NBA season are going to be restricted by yet *another* new rule; NO FLOPPING. Players, such as Anderson Varejao are now going to be penalized by an increasing fee for each time they "flop". If flopping isn't such a big problem, and even if it was, shouldn't the league hire refs that can tell whether or not a player is flopping? Technicals, I can get; Being a bad role model off the court, I can get, but flopping? What's up with that?
