Your ignorance is amusing. You say there are no American teams? There are two - Garmin-Chipotle and Columbia - marking the first year there has ever been more than one American team. No American riders? I'm sure George Hincapie, Christian Vandevelde, and their teammates on the aforementioned teams would take exception to your claim. Cadel Evans was never a serious threat? This is his fourth Tour and he has finished 8th, 4th, and 2nd in his previous starts, losing to Alberto Contador last year by only 23 seconds. Who is Levi Lepenheimer? Certainly not the man who finished last year's Tour on the podium. That is Levi Leipheimer.
If you don't care about this year's race, so be it. But don't unnecessarily bash the sport based on unfounded statements. There are more people in this sport than Lance Armstrong and those associated with his past, and some great young riders not named Alberto Contador. Leaving Astana out of the race was shameful, that cannot be argued, but there is much to be excited about in this year's Tour.
