The Bulls want to trade hinrich, but that would leave them with one pg. I thought duhon was a great backup, so why didnt the bulls at least make a run to resign him. is sefoolosha now the backup at point?

Because the front office didn't like Duhon and Duhon didn't like the front office. They both wanted to part ways.

Trading Hinrich is likely not going to happen and the more I think about it that is a good thing!  The Bulls have a pretty damn good 1-2 punch @ PG now.  Furthermore Hinrich can bury jumpers, so he can slide over and play on the floor with Rose off the bench (or even start if/when he struggles).   Look for them to move others in their efforts to calibrate this team.......

Are there any other legitimate rumors floating around out there in Chicago.....I'm going nuts wondering about the "what if this - what if that" speculations.   Maybe Pax can do some business with my west coast team The Phx Suns, they could surely use an infusion of some young talent.........

Duhon gave effort on defense and passed the ball the way a classic point guard plays but he couldn't hit a 3 point shot to save his life.  I think he was 3 for January or February.  He also had a problem with partying and missing meetings.  It might have been because he was mad about playing time in a contract year but that would just show immaturity.  He is supposed to have had the partying problem at Duke also.

ricefield, do you just copy and paste the same post on every duhon thread or do you have something else to say? Idiot
