Agree or disagree with Keith Hernandez

Jose should have let that one go.  But a simple debait between two grown men is not big deal.  But I guess it was a little more that.  Keith was going his job.  Jose must understand that just because these guys travel with them, the TV and radio guys are not their teammates.  However, I'd rather see Jose throw his glove on the ground vs Keith throwing coke up his nose like he did when he was playing.

Without Reyes this Met's ship goes straight down.  He's playing hard and he make some mental errors.  Lets work through it with the guy.  Keith did nothing wrong.  Maybe Jose saw the former Met as more than just a TV guy.  If so, maybe he got a slap of reality.

Maybe you don't care how Delgado feels, but I'm sure some of his teammates cared and thought it was bush.  It really isn't a big deal to the fans, but the media always has scapegoats in NY ( Reyes, ARod, Clemens, Strawberry, Tiki Barber,  Pennington, etc ). It's just the way it is. I'm not insulting the team.  Also, you shouldn't care what Yankee fans say, as I don't care what Met fans say.  All that talk from them is BS.   I admire Keith for being 1 of the few announcers to express what some fans feel.  Again it was dumb for Jose to approach Keith, because it makes Jose look like a bigger baby.  They don't need Reyes to jump up like a kid, or do stupid dances to show emotion and life on this team. If he wants to show excitement and get the team and the fans going,  steal bases, get triples, and that will get the mummies on your team going.

Is that what you want from Met announcers ??  To be scared to state there opinion ?

It may shock all you Met fans, as I am a Yankee fan stating that the SNY announcers are hands down 100% better than the Yes announcers.  Kay is a kiss ass.  I want my players to be 2nd guessed if they do a dumb thing.  Sometimes criticism is OK....
