Which team in the Big 12 could be the biggest threat to the Texas Longhorns this year?

This is a tough one, but I actually think that it could be Missouri. Oklahoma...yeah yeah that one too. Kansas will also be a tough game. Those 3 Big 12 games could be the toughest this year. What's your thoughts?

bigliesey9974:

All the ones you mentioned plus: TECH, A&M and CU. It's too difficult for me to name just one "threat".

We all know OU, Kansas, Missouri will be tough. The biggest threat is going to be TT. They have a chance to step up to the next level with a successful year and become a regular threat to win the Big 12 South every year. I have a feeling TT is going to start to get some respect from a lot of the Big 12 schools after this year.

agreed

I also say Texas Tech

They have a standout WR and a good QB too frontline a great offense. They also have a D that looks to be catching on.

TT will be a tough game for everyone this year and has a legit chance of taking the Big 12.

HEY now Irish..." Taking the Big 12", let's not get too ahead of ourselves. Yeah, their defense might be, "catching on", but win the Big 12 is a stretch. We have already covered the fact that Harrell is not necessarily good, only, he is a TT QB. They all put up those numbers. Crabtree could take over as QB, and with the style offense TT runs, HE would put up those numbers. They will be strong, but it’s still going to be between UT and OU as always. If you’re still not convinced, do you think with the recruiting UT does over TT and the fact we brought in Muschamp, their defense will be better than ours?

How about we just say, the whole Big 12 will be a threat this year, every team is solid and the Big 12 is the best division besides SEC.

Any team is a threat this year
