J.J. Hardy has come on STRONG of late, but I am not sure it is strong enough to make the all-star team this year.
A couple of reasons....
SS is loaded in the NL. Big names like Jimmy Rollins, Jose B. Reyes, and Hanley Ramirez are all going to be in the conversation because of talent alone. Rollins is having a bit of a down year...but he was also the MVP last year.
Christian Guzman. Yes that Christian Guzman and he is hitting .315, but more importantly the Nationals have to have a rep. and I am not sure who else it could even be.... Jon Rausch maybe...
Hardy has been huge for the Brewers...now if Prince Fielder continues to pick it up and play as he is capable perhaps the Brewers can still make a run at the Cubbies.
