Ahhh, its good to be a Phillies fan, at least today anyway.

I love listening to Keith and that lisp.  I'm not making fun of him I just think sometimes he's sooo damn funny to listen to.  As far as Reyes goes, whatever, maybe one day he'll figure it out maybe he won't.

Are you kidding MonsterMan????  Reyes is a punk and Hernandez could probably still outplay more than half of the pseudo athletes in this sellout, garbage sport.  I'm not even sure you could even call it a sport anymore !!  Hmmm let's see..... Ron Darling had 37 complete games in his 13 year career... the supposed best bitcher in MLB today, Johan Santana has a whopping 6 in his 9 year career.   For cryin out loud... that punk can't even pitch into the 7th inning.

You are out of your mind if you could defend any player in baseball of th 21st century.  Every single player is just a punk with a fat wallet.

Hey... remember when teams used to use a pinch runner in crucial spots?????  Well they can't now because starting pitchers can't throw for more than 6 innings on their 1 workday each week, thus the need for 3 extra relief pitchers who in most cases aren't worth spit.... therefore leaving the team with 3 bench players.

You are probably one of those guys who think Joe Torre was a genius manager too !!!

I agree with you.Raider

One thing Keith & Ron have and the current Met's don't : World Series rings

I would be nice to see some '86 attitude on this team.

Good post Raider. I agree and I wish that they had the 86 grittiness and the hunger. Thats why I wanted Keith to be manager but it's ok I guess. I wish this team would get a Sean Avery kind of jumpstart that way we can make a hell of a run and take the series lead. But honestly they are very fair and informative commentators, and its actually helpful listening to them because they explain the game regardless of how egotistic they sound.
