Can't we just put this insomnia thing to bed?  Hehehe.

My best cure for insomnia is to not fight it.  I get up and go watch TV, read, or fiddle around on the 'puter.  If I only get two hours of sleep on a given night, so be it.  Of course, this is not a chronic problem for me, so I doubt that my solution is of any help to those who suffer insomnia frequently.

Lying in bed seems to be the worst thing for me when I can't sleep, though.  Stress begets stress, and lying in bed trying to sleep gets me feeling almost claustrophobic.

We actually are stopping in T-town.  My best friend just had a little girl so we are going to stop by.  I don't think the DD's are going to be let loose at the Horsemen this time around but Bea and I were thinking of meeting up and doing a show at The Tribe later in the month, interested?

JD - I find it astounding that a guy with that much going through his head could live to be almost 100. That means I am bound to see 150 at least.(joking) Thank you for the quote JD.

If only I had a nickel for everytime Bea showed her teets in public...that woman, I tell you, is a MACHINE!

This Tribe you speak of...what is it?

If I were you, I would spend more time at Lake Michigan than I would T-town.

Babies are cute and all, but Toledo...well, it's Toledo
