happy thursday and last day of the work week to: red, hawk, jeep, thumper, wellnd, bio, abez, rok, tundra, and everyone else.
. I'm going to get a black out shade for my youngest boys window because I think the light of the sun comes in at that time every morning. Pretty smart huh? It only took me a month to figure it out.
red - my brother thought of this in the 80's when he wanted to sleep in on the weekend and couldn't bc of the sun coming in his bedroom. he put a heavy blanket over the window to block out the sun.
when i was in college, my one roommate loved to open the blinds in the morning. well, i have off every tuesday and thursday my last semester. so i put a blanket under the mattress and draped it over my bed so atleast my bed was nice and dark! he hated that.
in every apartment since then - black sheets cover the windows. i live with 2 guys in a townhouse adn they couldn't believe how dark it was in there.
i live on my own now and it's like the Bat Cave in there. I have 3 Martha Stewart sheets covering my windows. I sleep my butt off on weekends bc the sun never gets in!!
