Alright, today I had my first real fantasy football draft. I think I did well, but I'd like to hear a second opinion. Here's my team:

QB: Matt Hasslebeck, Jeff Garcia

RB: Adrian Peterson, Jamal Lewis, DeAngelo Williams, Rashard Mendenhall

WR: Braylon Edwards, Roddy White, James Hardy, Jerry Porter

TE: Kellen Winslow Jr. , Martin Rucker

K: Rob Bironas

D/ST: Chargers

I'd try to package Mendenhall and Hasselbeck for another stud receiver. I like your team though just a little slim at wideout, IMO.

So that's who "F. B.N. K's" would be . I seriously doubt if my opinion merits much consideration seeing as how I drafted Drew Brees at #5 in the 1st round of the same draft!!! We, sir , find ourselves in the same division of the same league. None the less I am capable of abject objectiiviy. Going simply by the CBS.Sportsline.com fantasy rankings your team graded out as the strongest of the 12 that comprise the league with an average numerical rank of 12.3 for your nine starters. By comparison the weakest organization ( using the same formula) was FalconsaurusRex at 18.22 per starter. Subjectively I would have to concur with the numbers I fail to find a weakness. I participated in a mock draft earlier that morning with a bunch of Britts . It was no coincedence that my teams were virtually the same leading one of the 'cross ponders to observe that my team might be less shameful if I changed their name to "Cowboys-R-US-Tex' and avoided the "so many bloody birds"

O-knowzone-1,

I did give you a little flack for taking Drew Brees with the 5th pick but I was just pulling at your leg man. Still with Peyton Manning, and Tom Brady on the board I just don't see how you pass those 2 up. Regardless you got one of the 4 elite quarterbacks in fantasy football Carson Palmer being the other that completes the fearsome foursome my friend. I only took Tom Brady at 10 because all the (ELITE) backs were gone. After Tomlinson, Peterson, and Westbrook was off the board my pick became a really easy choice. I am just shocked Brady lasted that long now that I think about it.

I like your fantasy team outside of your recievers you will have to upgrade them at some point but then again maybe not. Last year I started out with Steve Smith, and Andre Johnson and neither was a factor all season long. Johnson was hurt for more then 3/4 of the season and Steve Smith was never a factor once after Delhomme went down with that elbow injury. All I did was keep to the waiver wires and rely on the hot hand which turned out to be Anthony Gonzalez, and Bobby Engram those 2 alone helped me win my league in a big way.

I thought my team was pretty strong but I am not sure. How did mine turn out O-knowzone-1 since you are good with numbers brother. Outside of Brandon
