Ever since 4th and 24 I am definately not a Eagles fan at all, but I am in total agreement with you on where Westbrook was placed is complete garbage. Last year he accounted for around 40% of the Eagles total offense. Obviously there are some haters on here. There definitely some Homers on here starting with twisted_one, I didn't even have to look up the profile to tell you he was queeny fan. First, this list was the top 50 football players, not running backs(which in my mind he still has to be up at the very top), so the comment "running backs run the ball" is beyond ignorant, not to mention Westbrook was third last year in rushing yards, gee I guess he must of run the ball. Second to sit there and proclaim that Peterson is better than Westbrook is idiotic, not saying that he can't get there but he has played ONE year and to use the argument that he is a better reciever(soonerfan) because of what he did in college???? Did you take a hit off your crack pipe right before you wrote that? That would of been like saying Ryan Leaf is a better QB than Manning(s), Brady, Favre or any other QB for that matter because "he threw the ball so well in college". Westbrook should be at the very least top 10, and more realistically the top 5 football player. Stop being homers and actually put some thought into your posts.
