B Davis to the Pistons...

come on Camby is all defense and no offense, I would rather have a 25 or 24 year old NBA star over a 35 year old DPOY. Melo and Amare look bad on defense because of the offensive styles the run, the can be better if give time to develop and both would be come good if not great defenders in Detroit, the Pistons play team defense so Melo or Amare would do fine on defense. Wade is a beast, I don't know why any team in the NBA wouldn't want him. 

Plain and simple our current roster hasnt gotten it done in a few years, and we arer onyl getting older, it doesnt look like a huge post force is on the market. All this talk about not being a Pistons type player, you cant look at it that way, we just havent gotten it done with these type of players, we are to non challant and it starts with Chauncey.Sounds smart to me lets get even older players in Davis and Camby that solves the problem of us getting older. Man why all this bashing of Billups I really question some of you guys thinking. We don't have to do  a trade this off-season, I think we should but only for younger players who have bright futures.

How old is Baron? And he's been injured a lot which could mean either A) he's a lot fresher than other people his age (and I swear he is only like 28 or something) or B) he's a whole lot older.

And as a Lakers fan - both of those guys are extremely clutch. I've seen Baron hit crazy shots at the buzzer in our face and I've seen Chauncey do it too. Chauncey does seem to be a little sufficed to me though - he doesn't seem to play with the fire he once did. Baron is a man possessed out there - which can be a good thing and a bad thing.

I've always thought Campby was overrated - seriously, how does the DPOY come from basically the worst defensive team every year. And I am a huuuuuuuuuuge Tay fan - consistent, perimeter defender and he's a good finisher (the shot could use some work though.) So I don't know about that one.

And again, Pistons people

The ECF is not failure. You lost to the NBA champs and were 1 or 2 Sheed shows up games from winning. Flip was not a great coach (maybe not awful but certainly no Larry Brown) and now you've got rid of him.
