This thing is so out of hand. When the Sonics franchise gets to its new home it will leave behind a city that has insured that it will not ever get an NBA team. Who would want to move a team to an area where a losing team only gets support if it gets permission to move? So Bennett is a Jerk, I don't think many people would object to that, even in OKC. This is just a last ditch effort to bleed him and the team financially. If they want to see the NBA in Seattle, they should just forget the whole thing, suck it up and support the move in an effort to try to get a new team.

I think you are confused. We have supported this team for 41 years. If support you mean paying a billionaire 500 million in ransom for an arena that he will not commit a cent of his own money to build, then I guess we are guilty. We are also guilty of making it as hard and painful for the team to be stollen away before the lease is payed off that provided arena upgrades that the last NBA ransom required.

but how long does it take to get a trial date for the supreme court? what with the team forced to stay until the completion of such trial, we get what we want anyway. let us enjoy one more victory. you'll know what i mean when the yank the team in favor of vegas, or tokyo, or london.
