	HAHA...nice article. Comparing the Lakers to Girl Scouts. I think the entire country would agree with that comparison though. The Fakers have to be the softest,least motivated team to ever make the NBA Finals. It's embarrassing to the Western Conference that they made the Finals. Doesn't say much about the west.

	That's a bit harsh. I was born and raised in Boston, but even I know the West was definitely the better conference. The Lakers had to get past some awesome teams to get to the Finals. They simply didn't match up well with such a strong defensive team. I'm sure the Pistons would've beaten the Lakers too given how defensive they are as well. But the funniest thing in this article was: You know those NBA commercials where two stars are on a split screen talking about how there can only be one? Gasol shot his with the Pillsbury Doughboy. I almost peed my pants just picturing it.

	The question I have is this, how in the world did L.A. dispatch San Antonio so easily? How did they possibly stop Duncan, Ginobli and Parker? They couldn't defend my grandma. How did they get to the finals in that "powerful" western conference??? Maybe it was the most overrated group of teams in recent memory, or is Boston two or three levels above any team in the NBA this year? I doubt that being as all their Eastern Conference series went seven games.

	Laker fan from way back. Glad these games were on 9pm est didn't bother to watch. Work @ 6am. Phil time to pack it in. How could you not get this team to play some defense when it counted. Blown away in Boston?! Only know that the refs aren't the only ones that fix games. By the C's preformance in game 6 C's should have swept or if not won game 6 by 20 in LA. C's wanted to celebrate @ home. My 84 yr old dad is a LONG TIME C fan so I've got to happy!
