I never once said that I could do a better job..(although I don't think it would be hard to screw this thing up)
All you have to do if you want to see what went down is go to the Best Off Season Poster Award thread and read....
This guy gets all mad about how he's not getting votes cuz he thought he had it in the bag...(but he was just standing up for himself because..well w/e it was he said lol)
So I then commented on that, and said I think we would be just fine without his award board, and that he wasnt the one who came up with the idea of posting articles from the internet as a thread. (as I'm pretty sure mostly every other person has done it without thinking it was a good idea because of FinFever)
Yes I did say that I don't think that many people put a lot of thought into the awards...meaning that I don't think that people sit and think about everyones posts, and if they should get Best Off-Season, Best Regular Season, Funniest, Nicest etc...
One example I gave for that was for Best Regular Season....Not everyone was around during the regular season to know who was the best poster then...I kno I wasn't, so who ever didn't read everyones posts during the season, shouldn't have voted, Including me.
Like I said...If you really wanna see what went down..go to the Jeff Ireland: Best Off-Season Poster Award thread....simple as that.
Read and interpret what we both said...form your own opinion.
Don't just listen to my story, and don't just listen to FinFever's story.
Now I'm done arguing with a 5th grader.
Unless I wanna be like him and say we have differing opinions and leave it at that...to only post a couple minutes later about the same thing....
Oh well....
