Letter from one "Angry Woman"
I don't know who wrote this but they should have signed it. This is one pissed off women.

"Are we fighting a war on terror or aren't we? Was it or was it not started by Islamic People who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001? were people from all over the world, mostly Americans, brutally murderd that day, in downtown Manhattan, across the Potomac from our Nations Capital and in a field in Pennsylvania?

Did nearly 3000 men, women, and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn't they?

And am I supposed to care that a copy of the Koran was "desecrated" when an overworked American Soilder kicked it or got it wet?...Well i don't care at all.

I'll start caring when Osama Bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.

i'll cand about the koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the bible, the mere possession of which is against the law in Saudi Arabia.

I'll care when these thugs they are sorry for chopping off Nick Bergs head while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat.

I'll care when the cowardly so-called "insurgents" in Iraq come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religon by hiding in Mosques.

I'll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselfs up in search of nirvana care about the innocent children within range of their suicide.

I'll care when the American media stops pretending that their First Amendment liberties are somehow derived from International law instead of the United States Constitution's Bill of Rights.

In the meantime, when i hear a story about a brave Marine roughing up an iraqi terrorist to obtain information, know this: i don't care.

When i see a fuzzy photo of a pile of naked Iraqi prisoners who have been humiliated in what amounts to a college-hazing incident, rest assured: I don't care.

When I see a wonded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby trapped, you can take it to the bank: I don't care

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat and fed "special" food that is paid for by my tax dollar, is complaining that his holy book is being "mishandled" : you can absolutley believe in your heart of hearts: I DON'T CARE.

Oh, by the way, I've noticed that sometimes it spelled Koran and othertimes it spelled Quran. Well Jimmy Crack Corn and you guessed it I don't Care.

if you agree with this veiwpoint, pass it on. sooner or later it will get to the people responsible for this ridiculous behavior!
If you don't agree with this by all means hit the delete button. If you choose the latter, then please don't complain when more atrocities commited by radical Muslims happen here in our great Country! and may I add:

some people spend their entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference in the world but, Marines don't have that problem.--Ronald Regan

I have another quote to add: if we forget that we're One Nation under God , then we will be a nation gone under. also by Ronald Regan.

one last thought for the day:
In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the Anti-American sentiment and negitivity, we should remember Englands Prime Minister Tony Blair said in a recent interveiw. when asked by one of his parliament members why he belives so much in America, he said " A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in .... and how many want out"

Only 2 defining forces have ever offered to die for you:

1. Jesus Christ
2. the American Soldier

One for your soul and the other for your freedom.

And what about the brave British soldiers who get themselves shot up the same? Wey're dying for you Americans, same as your brave lads are dying for us. But with regards to the whole torture thing, shouldn't we prove we're better than them? Does bombing them to hell make more or less of the terrorists and insurgents? And don't think I'm against the war, I'm a British soldier who has been to Iraq and Afghanistan. Just y'know, trying to get another point across, we dealt with Irish terrorists for years, they bombed our country, but America ignored that. Don't forget your friends anymore, and nor will we.

I'm so glad I work everyday to protect our freedom for someone who doesn't care. What a true american. Glad they get to vote for our future leaders because in my opinion they shouldn't be allowed to have there voice heard. People like that piss me off. I don't always agree with what our leaders make us do but I still suck it up and do it. I'm a proud american who loves being in the military. I'm sure I will piss alot of anti-war people off with this comment but who f-ing cares. Support our troops. Because without support we lose faith and it makes our jobs even harder. It makes us not even care if other countries want to come and kill our free nation. As soldiers we don't ask alot but we do like a little faith and support.

I don't find this site the correct place to talk about this but for the record, I am FOR the troops, AGAINST the war. If I could tell this lady off it would be as follows

"Neither side is right, religion has only led us to war. Ideas and beliefs are fine but it seems like religions get people killed. The end was nice, telling me Jesus Christ died for my soul. Thanks for throwing that in there. How about you try not to say your religion is the right one. They don't care about your bible cause you don't care to even TRY to understand their religion one bit. Radicals do not make up the majority. Not all muslims are going to carbomb you. Yes over in the middle east the insurgents are extremely hard to tell from friend or foe. But the racism felt over here by Arab Americans is harsh. They are mistreated and all because of what the radicals of their religion do. That's like me calling every christian minister a terrorist cause they bomb abortion clinics. Or all germans are nazis. The bad apples ruin it for the rest. That's whats wrong with America. They don't hate us for our freedom but for our ignorance. For a land that says we are equal, it sure doesn't feel like that. The government also twisted the truth for this war. Soon we will be watching our telescreens while making sure Big Brother isn't watching while we worry about our war with Eurasia. I have friends over in the middle east and I fear for their lives. They didn't ask to be in this war and if you dare tell me that I don't support the troops cause I don't support the war then you should go over there and do their job for them. And the government has the nerve to worry more about gay marriage then about how to get the troops home safely pisses me off. I am ANTI WAR but PRO TROOPS. I love the troops because of them, I'm not the troops. Closed minds lead to closed doors. You'll never get anywhere with such a mentallity."

Sorry for the rant. Now I think this thread should be locked or deleted as it has NOTHING to do with football.

Titans_BoSox,

As a former soldier, I must say we do not like war. But throughout the history of this country it has been the soldier that has ensured the freedom of this countries citizens. With that being said, I think that although the statements were not about football, it is abou
