	Addressing the part where the Yankees underachieve. The Yankees used to play as a team and they weren't always an all-star team like they have been the past 10 years. The problem is New York pays them way to much and the players can never live up to it. Look at A-Rod, he has done great youngest player to reach 500 but he chokes in the playoffs because he doesn' t care because hes still getting paid 28 million win or loose, injured or not injured. so what is his motivation to win? The Yankees have always sold the farm for big trades and it looks like they are paying for it the past ten or whatever years its been since they won.
