What do you think the Bears will do?

Instead of looking for an old RB that's out on the street, lets scrape some of the crap off our own heap and make a trade (let's assume Benson gets cut)-

I like RMJr for Pierre Thomas (NO) and some Cafe Du Monde.

or

RMJr and Jamar Williams/Michael Okwo/Hillenmeyer/Nick Roach for Michael Bush or Justin Fargas(Oak) and a box of prison jumpsuits.

I think Benson should be on his way out.  Besides, he doesn't mesh well with the team anyway.  The Bears will be fine, they will probably handle this in-house. 

Though it may not be a bad idea to bring in a free agent veteran for a year.  Lamont would work if he is healthy.  All he needs to do is last long enough for Forte to get comfortable enough to take over.  I'm thinking about halfway through the season Forte will become the primary back.

I like our backs.  I think Forte, Peterson, and Wolfe complement one another well.

He gone. Cedric Benson was cut. i agree with Chi-town Kevin Jones ran well when he came back last year and would complement Matt Forte.  that would provide a satisfactory running game, in my opinion.
