I am an accountant by trade, but I am also an Artist that has expanded and put my talents to work in the following fields, Home Improvements, Interior Designs, Landscaping, Home staging and drinking beer.

Like GC, I work in the mortgage industry. I however work on the other side which is in the default area. If anyone is experiencing payment difficulties, knows someone who is or is in need of a way to maximize their income by budgeting I am your guy. Also if anyone has children in college looking for job opportunities, or is a college student themself I would be glad to assist anyway I can as I do have quite a bit of pull where I am at right now.

GC- if you have calls from a client about trouble with payments that you can't resolve I can help as well. In addition, if you are getting an app where the applicant is 2-3 months behind on their current mortgage and you can't qualify them, I also do outreach events and a lot of borrower education so I could be of assistance there as well.

I am a utility bill consultant and auditor.  I save businesses and municipalities money on their phone, gas, sewer, water, and electric accounts. Unfortunantly, I only do work In Utah and Wyoming. (Every state has different tariffs and laws that regulate their utilities and I am too lazy to learn them all)

I am going back to school in 2009 to get my MBA with an emphasis in finance/consulting.
