Jason Taylor for Gregg Ellis???

Should Dallas try to make this trade???

You know if Taylor joins Dallas he will play his @$$ off trying to get that ring... Ellis has been nothing more than a whinny baby the last 3 seasons...

Why not swap em???

With Ware, Spencer & Taylor at the OLB spots in the 3-4 & DE spots in the Knickel & Dime packages that could be pretty sweet for Dallas & once Taylor retires, then we can draft another Spencer/Ware clone in the 1st or 2nd round next season along with a WR.

I think it would be a win/win for Dallas & Lose/Lose for Miami.... Miami would be getting Ellis on the decline & Ellis obviously can't be that every down DE they need... Not to mention Ellis will want that playing time & then get injured because of it....

Ellis had a great season last year but just for fun, YEA this would be a great move, only if he was willing to play 3 years for us.

 I agree.......Taylor will retire next year especially if he wins a SuperBowl ring this year. Ellis will whine and cry but play for another couple of years with decent output along side Ware. Both I believe were responcible for 25 or so sacks last year.

 Even with Taylors athletic ability, he would probably be no more than a situational pass rusher in Dallas. He'd be learning a whole new defense than he's use to running and yeah, he has dropped back into zone before but limited and with little responcibilities!

 I don't think I'd trade them straight up, but I would be interested in hearing the Dolphins trade options for him.
