Sure, let's talk about the Patriots. Let's talk about their 18-1 season, and how much of an impact it has made to some of us Fans. Nice season huh Patriot Nation? What a bunch of garbage if you ask me.

What the hell is this kid talking about? The only thing I ever get from his posts are that he is in love with Carson Palmer and he is kind of a Patriots fan, otherwise these have to be some of the most useless posts I've ever seen.

'I have been wanting a Quarterback now, for the longest time, and did we get one? NO! For God's Sake, Colt Brennan got drafted by the Washington Redskins in the 6th Round. In other words, we passed him up 5 times.

In terms of a Quarterback, Colt Brennan was the best we could have gotten, but no, why do we actually need a Quarterback when we have Tom Brady. Is that the actual thinking of Patriot Nation?'

You obviously have little knowledge of football. Colt Brennan is not a good quarterback!! The Patriots drafted a QB, Kevin O'Connell, who everyone (but you apparently) acknowledges is much better than Brennan. So the Patriots did go out and draft a QB, just not the one you seem to have a man-crush on. If you look at any of the good NFL teams, most of them don't have the great backup QB. The Patriots are no more screwed without Tom Brady than the Colts are without Peytong Manning, the Cowboys without Tony Romo, or even the Bengals without Carson Palmer, etc.

Lastly, while the Patriots may never go 16-0 again (hey! one thing I can agree with you on!) its pretty darn unlikely any team will ever do it either. There is a reason its only happened once before in the history of the NFL. And please stop with the ridiculous "Tom Brady in the bedroom" jokes, they aren't funny, and only make you sound like a perverse little child.

Funny but, again, don't quit your day job, Asante.      From IgglesBlog.com:

"The highlight of the afternoon practice came when cornerback Asante Samuel broke up a pass intended for DeSean Jackson. A.J. Feeley threw the pass, and Samuel jumped up and woofed some at Feeley after making the play.

'Didn't you learn last year that you couldn't get a pass in on me?' said Samuel, bringing the whole team to laughter. Even head coach Andy Reid chuckled on that one.

Samuel, of course, had two interceptions, one for a touchdown return and one in the end zone to kill a drive in the end zone late in the game to deny the Eagle the upset bid in a late-season game in New England."

Why do you make such a Statement?  Do you actually believe that the Patriots will go 16-0 again, someday?  And if that's the case, will they get it right this time?  Read my Lips, "It Will Never Happen Again".  And that's why I said what I said before.

Read my Lips, "It Will Never Happen Again".Well, certainly that's a little difficult over a message board, don't you think? Perhaps "Read my text" might be a bit more suitable.

It's too bad the Patriots don't play the Eagles again this season. I would like to see how Tom Brady does throwing to Asante's side of the field, that'd be a fun match to watch.

Umm, pal?  There are no "lips" on a text board.

And I heard that quite alot from people last year - look what happened.  Should I go back to lipreading again?

Listen, I'm not saying they'll go 16-0. I'm not even predicting it, I expect between 12 and 14 wins.  16 again would be a godsend, and would likely end in a championship and a lot of dropped jaws and proclamations about the greatest team ever and all that crap that goes along with it.

Me, I want them to do well, and to bring the Lombardi trophy back to Foxboro.

I don't second-guess Pioli and Belichick on personnel issues.  They've done better than most this past decade.

Okay then, "Read My Text", the Patriots will never go 16-0 again!
