i usually don't reply to idiot's comments, but i will break my rule just for a little while as i just want to point out that if you want to talk about football, then speak some facts and address my questions( our D-line: how is Justin Smith gonna play DE on a 3-4 D? Can he hold up? Do you think a rookie can fill in BY's shoe immediately? Are you really saying tha an extention will make Soap a better NT?)
Sure, you are very passionate, but you have no logic. Otherwise you wouldn't be spending 2/3 of your response trash talking about the future of seahawk's D when we are obviously which team has the best Defense. Not surprise u can only understand my thinking a tiny bit.
i understand your thinking a tiny bit but as a niners fan talking shi@# on our D is pretty much switching teams.

your right bruyant and us seachicken fans are wrong the niners do have the best team in the NFC West i mean who can agrue with you you guys have Justin Smith even though he played all 16 games and ended up with only 2 sacks and got cut by a team with an overall defence was ranked 27th in the league he is way better then old kerney (32) come idk why he doesnt retire Justin Smith is the future of the nfl (29)...and Patrick Willis i mean come on he is way better then peterson and tatupu combined even though both peterson and tatupu both played in the pro bowl im pretty sure everyone voted for willis at linebacker maybe they got the votes mixed up.....and clement and walt man combined in INT 8 Trufant by himself 7 who needs him......man the 49ers are superbowl bound and the seachickens are doomed we should just throw in the white towel now.....
and lets not forget even though the rest of the league probably did the 49ers have 5 superbowl rings....even though they have 0 when the hawks started playing in the west they still the team to beat in the playoffs and are the team that every coach is looking up film and try to stop the inevitable....

I am certain for one thing, if 49ers offense improved to a level that they can move the chain at will (not necessarily score) then our defense will be a lot better. Not to rub in on your Seahawks,but i felt a lot of your success on D is just a result of your offense. When you can score pt, control the clock, and move the chain at will, you forced the opposite offense to be one dimensional and thus made it easier for your D.
The D-line was the main reason why we struggle last yr on defense, yet we have not improve it much this offseason. I am a big protester against signing JSmith, and I still don't see a solution for the NT position needed to make our Defense work. I am embarrased to learn that my beloved 9ers actually have fan like Brentyson.
Speaking of Lakers, I didnt even want to bother to respond to his early comments. Since he brought it up again, i'll just say this: If one thinks spurs, the team that need 7 games to beat Hornet, can beat the 8-2 lakers (beating Utah twice at their home this yr where they are 37-5), I am just gonna forgive sympathize one's lowly iq.

actually im going to have to say the complete opposite i think we have a good D its our offense is what was kinda lacking we really did not have ball control when our Offense was on the field it was like playing Russian Roulette we had no running game so all we did was pass and it was moving the ball 15-25 yards a pass or nothing at all or even throw a pick....now our D is kinda the same way were not tough like the Jaguars who just come at you with brute strength and chest hair we would either get an INT, the other team fumble the ball, or maybe lucky drop passes if not that then they would score a TD....
the only way for the 49ers to win in my opinion is to RUN the ball hard every down because i just cant see Alex Smith leading the way especially coming back from an injury on his throwing arm so what good is any reciever if they dont have a QB to give them the ball, on D ill give you guys that you do have a good secondary but for your D-line i think is your problem Justin Smith isnt the answer Patrick Willis is good but he cant be in there every single down thats why he had sooooo many tackles last year for the 1 hour of football Patrick is in there about a good 45minutes so whats to stop us, Rams, or cards to just run the ball over and over again...

i wouldnt get to confident the postseason and the regular season are 2 different things and the spurs beat some pretty good teams and the lakers sure do have an offense but what will they do about parker and Manu?
