I think the Lakers are a good team as well and it's gonna take a lot to beat them. But, the heart of Champions always prevail.Interesting quote, because the lakers coach just happens to be tied for most rings in league history, so the whole champion bit goes both ways, especially since our starting backcourt has 3 rings each. BTW, I dont want to start something with Spurs fans, but I think the lakers will win based solely on the fact that you guys can never defend your title. Personally, Im more afraid of the spurs when they dont have the "defending champs" title next to them, and it kinda shows theres a lack of the iron will it takes to bring the trophy home a consecutive seasons. Something the last lakers dynasty did back-to-back-to-back. If the spurs do win this series though, I dont see them losing to the Pistons/celtics winner, so you better hope the spurs came to play, and have something left in the tank after being exhausted by the young, energetic Hornets. Lakers not really being tested this playoffs also means that they more gas left in the tank, and the extra time allows for the little nagging injuries to heal...Lakers in 7 is my prediction.
