Here is my opinion on what is wrong with orange:
(1) When I was a kid, the orange part of my Dreamsicles used to melt all over.
(2) I dated an orange-haired girl who dumped me for a Goth dude. I had to console myself by observing how they looked like a Halloween couple, but it still hurt.
(3) It's too darn bright!! Give me blue -- dark, dark blue -- with maybe some white. Yeah, and black shoes to go with them. And no numbers on the helmets and no names on the unis. Yeah, now we're talking!!

i also am very excited about the Clemson game Tigerdug and look forward to going. I live in Savannah and I know how UGA fans are for the UGA guy that was trying rebutting me. Our fans are more Dedicated then UGAs ever though about being. Will Clemson outnumber Alabama? Who knows. Im only one and ill be there so thats one fan.
I don't get overwired about much LowMan, and the Clemson/Alabama game isn't as important as the rent, but sometimes we as fans lose focus on reality when touting our teams legendary auras.
I think that ,I for one, can be confused with a maniac when college football is near, and when it gets underway I kinda put my blinders on and see only Orange and Purple.
Lastly, I am certain that both teams fans will show up in their saturday-best and be ready to tailgate til kickoff. Then we will holler til' the final whistle and respectfully return to our normal lives until the next game. I just hope that every player has a good game and there are no serious injuries and the game is a success on the national scene.
And I hope Clemson wins by 2 touchdowns ! duh......

Tigerdug, you are right about that. 85000 fans in Orange is quite noticeable. Almost as much as 94,000 in BLACK.  Good luck in Hotlanta.

Tiger, he's just being a coon@$$ with nothing pertinent to say. There are no traditions of burning couches in T-town. Familiar or not, come on, you seriously bought that?!?!?!
Also, that crowd in Jacksonville was leaning Crimson, but those damn idiots wouldnt cheer, so it was easily mistaken for FSU to be in the majority. If the same thing happens in ATL, the adminstration better do something about it because there is no point in giving these people tickets if they are going to sit on their ass the whole game.

I just thought it was one of those obscure institutional traditions that I was'nt aware of....
And no offense here ng, but I watched that FSU game and the Bama crowd had no real reason to cheer.
