Funny.... i have been screaming this for months.....
QB's- #1 (tie) Graham Harrell and Tim Tebow 96.......#2 Chase Daniel 95.
WR's- # Michael Crabtree 96.
I only went to look for those guys, and for the first tie EA got something right...
Texas A&M was ranked "77" overall with Texas Tech at "86". UT was at "88"......

Does EA have influence over College football's future?
hear me out...... you are a kid. You are athletic and love football. your Dad may have played and you are the star for your 'pop-warrner" team..... you get your new NCAA game and who do you want to be???
Think about it. Against your firends you are USC, Mich, UF, WV, and so on so you can beat them.... they are unstoppable on the video game.... and i wonder if it makes some kids "fans" of certain schools.....
Just like 'evolution' in public schools is taught and in every text book and brainwashed into our minds as "fact"......i sometimes feel that young kids pick "USC" all the time to win.... and then might mak them prone to pick "USC" come sigining day....
maybe a stretch but think about it...... its a 'recruiting tool'......

Actually Tim Tebow is a 99 overall. They Made UGA 99 on Offense, 99 on Defense and 99 Overall, as well as Ohio State. Chase Daniel is a 97. Here is the updated link. It shows many of the nations BCS teams, along with their top 6 rated players, as well as the team rankings. 1)UGA, 2)OU, 3)OSU, 4)USC, 5)UF

It seems that they got most of them right, but certain teams are just way off. Tennessee has two defensive linemen who are 94 overall. I can only assume that was just a joke.

Why are those teams 99???
USC is loosing its QB..... which the backup is "majically" in the 90's according to EA sports, even though he is unproven....
UG beat Hawaii........great....... they are a great team, but that makes them "99"......
UF, OSU, OU, all 99??? Since they all did so well in there Bowl games...... What makes them "99" in '09??? they all lost key players.
"But davidm311. they all reloaded"..... great, but how can you give them a 99 based on GUESSING how good they will be...????
Its bordering a conspiracy....... EA makes them great, kids grow up "fans" after hours and hours of playing with them on XBOX, and then they go on to play at those schools or at least Support them......
Its funny, that a team like mine who RETURNED EVERY PLAYER just about is "weaker" ...... I find if funny that al the players on the game grogressed little if any from last years ratings....... but tyey lets make the USC BACKUP 90 somthing JUST BECAUSE IT IS USC...... typical media thinking....

Great... they also beat Florida, the SEC's best offense and Auburn, the SEC's best defense. Plus they have been a consistent team, year in and out, and people are just now realizing it.

LOL, what?! ALL of them return their best players, Florida with Tebow and Harvin, OSU with Wells, Laurinaitis and Jenkins and OU with Bradford and Murray. Please at least do research or something before you say something like that. Florida probably deserves to have the highest ranked offense, along with OSU with the highest ranked defense.
Knowshon better get at least a 90 rating.
