I think this is a fairly accurate breakdown of the Sec schedule and analysis.

Can't help but wonder if we're gonna have another Ap.State kind of upset somewhere along the way.  Rankings look pretty good to me.  UGA has a tough game at ASU but the others shouldn't be too tough.  Georgia Tech looks to be down this year, but they usually play UGA pretty tough.

Hard to believe that MIAMI and FSU don't make for a really highly ranked OOC sched for UF.

i agree, cornfield.......what gives UGA an edge with this OOC crap (which personally I don't think matters as much as other fans say it does) is playing against Central Michigan, which won the MAC.  The ASU game is more of a goodwill gesture towards the Pac 10 to me.  Regardless of the outcome, the SEC wants to show college football that it is willing to travel.  The GT game is always a great rivalry game, I enjoy it.....

the SEC wants to show college football that it is willing to travel. If that is true - then why did it take 60 some years to do it?

The sad thing is so many actually believe the former statement.  The OOC schedule collectively has been disgraceful at BEST.  They have feasted on D2 teams for years.

I know, only because the conference schedule is sooo difficult....right??

(By the way, Collectively does not mean just one team.)

I would trade Florida's schedule for USC's schedule every year for the rest of the existence of our two schools. In a heartbeat.
