13 - number of draft picks traded away in that time.  This is a big one.

4 out of 38 - number of players contributing this season.  I counted Allen because of the picks we got for him.  Also LJ wasn't not a Vermeil Pick he didn't want him.  That takes away one of the A's.  One of them is the punter.  The other is DJ.

There are probably a few more C's in there and maybe a couple of B's, but I took into account is the player even on the team anymore.

I think this is enough evidence Herm needs some time to rebuild.

Parker was one of the ones I meant by adding this.  Plus I hated his celbrations after a routine catcd followed by bad drops.

How bad were his Drafts? CBS didn't even recongize half the drafties. All those names and you only scored a 75?

Just look at the names how many times do you think who the hell is that.

I agree with most of the grades but you've gotta give Kawicka Mitchell at least a B. He's been a starter for 4 years in a row including for the Super Bowl champs last year.

You also can't blame Vermeil for the draft picks if you say on the one hand that he didn't want to draft Larry Johnson. It proves that King Carl has final say on draft picks and if you go thru alot more years, you'll notice that most of our drafts have stunk.

When the Chiefs were good in the 90's they struck gold with F/A's like Saleaumua, Joe Phillips, Chris Martin, Marcus Allen, Joe Montana,James Hasty,Barry Word,J.J Birden, Willie Davis, Rich Gannon among others.
