	I'm sure that this has been said, but this thread isn't worth reading because of the comment I'll make. So we have Garko, Konerko, Carlos Delgado, and Youkilis on this poll, but no Ryan Howard or Prince Fielder among others.

	Where is the love for the sweet swinging James Loney of the Dodgers? He doesnt hit for a ton of power, but this is also his first full season in the majors.

	If would have to be one of these four seeing they are the ones who have won a MLB MVP award. I would think to be the best in the league, you would have to be the best at your position. Morneau, Giambi, Howard, Pujols

	What about Kasey Kotchman of the Angels? The kid is only batting .311 with 6HR and 23RBI. Put that together with the 0 errors he's made on the field, and that's a pretty darn impressive 1st baseman that NO ONE has talked about.

	If I had to pick one based on recent performance, It'd definitely be Lance Berkman. The guy is hitting everything in sight right now and has been for the last few weeks or so. If I had to pick one based on their performance the last few years overall.....It would be a toss up between Ryan Howard and Albert Pujols. Howard is off to a really, really rough start this year, but, after ROY and MVP awards back to back he has to be considered one of the top at his position regardless.
