If the Cowboys played a game abroad...

would you come?

Obviously i have a certain distance advantage iof it was played in Europe and would do anything to be there - what what about you guys?

(new avatar is me and Mrs Cole and the Giants/Fins game at wembley which got me thinking...)

 How could you tolerate your wife wearing a Dolphins jersey?...lol. I guess you haven't successfully brainwashed her yet qprco.

 Do you remember way back when they played a preseason game against the Bears? We're you a fan already? Did you go? Just curious.

 That would be the thrill of a lifetime to go across the pond to see the 'Boys. But being from the west coast I feel fortunate enough just to have seen them at Texas stadium a couple of times. When they play the 49ers and Raiders out here I usually try to make it. Uh, and I don't know if my bank account could survive that sort of hit. It would be an expensive venture.

Mrs Cole hadnt watched an american football game until she met me.  So I was plased just to

a) get her intersted

b) get her interested enough to let me spend most of sunday night watching it

c) get her to come to wmebley with me

d) get ther to the point that she wanted to watch the draft with me and is sking when the season starts

that I dont care if she want to support the fins!  She hadnt chosen a team until we got to wembley.

And Cowboys Guide - no problem... I understand and to a certain extent I agree - its disruptive to the teams involved, but didnt do the Giants any harm last year! (no so the fins...).  Obviously its difficult for me to get to games live, so any chance I get Ill jump at.  I used to go to London Monarchs games as well.  I think they need to sell the game abroad, but need to consider the schedule VERY carefully.
