OK... we need at least 3 female perspectives.... so far no one wants to stick up for their own feminine rights.... but it was Mother's Day so maybe everyone was out.....   hmmmm.....  how to get you there...

I've got meetings all day long and have to get running (and will respond on the blog when I get a chance), but before I go, one more bump up for the ladies because we desperately need more female voices there....
