Ok, I'm not an idiot (I don't think). Koren was just released by Green Bay. With our lack of depth, is he an option?

Iam a little curious here. Has he learned his lesson? I know this is somewhat of a stupid thread, but I'm bored and ready for some football.

I think Koren has matured a lil' bit so I would say give him a shot with a very small contract(vet minimum)and maybe give him some incentives for doing good and some penalties for being not so good.He does know the WCO so what the heck, give him a tryout. He does have problems but he also has some talent.

Yeah then we could try and make a trade to bring D-Jack back and have them both drop a couple hundred balls between the two of them, hell Jeremy Stevens is back on the market let's bring him back to.

Me, I would rather go with the young guys that are already on the team.

Yeah you got a good point Sampzen,I was just saying that he might be worth a look.If he's got his shit together he could be a good ball player and is familiar with our offense. If he doesn't then don't sign him and move on.

To be short "HELL NO"
i don't need that sort of aggravation of watching him drop balls.

That's true. If there is one thing Koren is good at, it's dropping balls.

I must of blackened out the days he was with the Hawks cause  I do not really remember him being that bad.(and I am not remembering that he was that good either)But he did have a pro bowl season with the Vikes. So he must have some talent.I could care a less if we get him or not.It doesn't hurt to take a look at him though.

Koren Robinson would never be brought back to the Seahawks as long as the current F.O. was still in charge. IF holmgren was still the GM he would be brought back and Steven and DJack would still be here. They were his boys and Holmgren didnt seem to care much what they did off field. Robinson is talented as can be but he never put it all together. If you remember he was considered to be better than Torry Holt coming out of NCSU. To bad. They would never bring him back though and if they did well heck I heard Maurice Clarrett and Lawrence Phillips are looking for work.

Koren went to the pro bowl as a kick returner, not a wide receiver. now he can catch the hell out of a ball that has no defenders around him, but if you put him in an offense he cant play against defenders because he gets distracted and drops balls. i mean he was playing for the Packers and even Bret Favre wouldn't throw him the ball because he would drop it.
