All this crap about these players and crap hitting the fan lately.  Yet people still want to jump on Weis about making a comment about not taking "thugs" onto the team.  Give me a break.  Now I know ND isn't perfect.  No school is, but as of late the ND things have been small such as a DUI.

He probably won't miss a snap... Meyer is the king of "win at all costs" mentality in the SEC!!!

I'll guarantee you, BED, this animal will play the same number of snaps for Florida as Maurice Clarett will play for the Buckeyes.  Every program deals with character issues.  How quickly you forget that one of OSUs is currently serving in the Toledo Correctional Facility.

Tressel is a classy guy and an excellent coach (as is Meyer).  The Clarett deal isn't an accurate representation of the OSU program.  Nor is this FORMER player a fair representation of the University of Florida.

Let me fill you in Jimmy. In G'ville, they allow Roam Towing. A company can tow cars without being called. They have a reputation for being overzealous in their jobs, and a lot of times they tow a car that they had no right to tow. You call the company, tell them why they shouldn't have towed you, and they say "come get it."

Joiner called the owner of the company, the owner said to go get the car. The guy working the office at the lot didn't know the owner had given him permission. These guys are public enemy #1 anyways, so as long as Joiner had permission of the owner, he sure as hell wasn't listening to this jerkwad driver. So Joiner took the car, the driver called the cops, and the owner had to straighten it out in the morning when the cops finally bothered to check with him.

End of story. Where's the crime?

This isnt even close to the story.

Here is a link to the real story.  As you can see, it varies in several important facts from your flawed interretation.

Piece of shit, when are these gang bangers going to actually have to take a test to get into an elite program on their smarts instead of their on field ability. Fing thug POS. So tired of rich or soon to be rich waste of talent showing off to their Gs. Grow the Fu ck up.

THUGS AND HOODS!!!  Even Miami has more class than the SEC schools.  FSU might be the worst.

i think, they are following the fine example, that the NFL, is showing them. mainly pacman jones. the only differene between him and the guy in the cell next to him, is jones has speed, therefor all is forgiven.

Auggie1245: FSU is not a SEC school - do your homework.

This guy should be kicked out of school, let alone the team. He had to have known every time he used the card he was breaking the law. Trashcan in my opinion.

Ok, I stand corrected. But again, how big of a crime is it?
