Travis finished eighth last night. The guy has run well in several races this year. It says a lot for him to outrun people like Jimmie Johnson when he races for a low-funded team. Great job Travis, keep the good runs going.

Another one is Ragan, everyone said he was too aggressive last year but he has settled down to have some great runs this year. The kid has show more patience this year and it is paying off with top 5 runs. I always said last year that he was a better drive than JPM. I know JPM won the rookie of the year but right now Ragan is in 12th and JPM is in 16th. It looks like Ragan has learned patience while JPM as well all see most races has still not.

You don't want to forget about Blaney either his 9th place finish moved him into the top 35 and out of the Go or Go home slot.

True Mikey, I did not get to watch the race last night. I just heard the last 20 laps coming home from a concert. I will give a shout out to Blaney as well. I love seeing these guys run good.

It was a rough night deciding what to root for me. On one hand I loved seeing Blaney in the top 5, on the other I wanted him to drop back some and stay out of the top 35.

Great runs for all three, and it's not going to be long before Ragan is a title contender. Hopefully Kvapil can get some sponsorship pretty soon.

David Ragan actually doesn't crash anymore! but seriously. He's been very impressive lately.

and Travis Kvapil is also on fire. I can't believe no one sponsors him. He is way better then David Gilliland and Gilliland has a sponsor.

Hed is not way better then Gillian, 4 spots in points is not really that much and Gilliands sposnor was his sponsor in Nationwide last year so apparantly they are loyal to him.  Somehow finding a sponsor for Kvapil is low on Jacks radar right now somehow finding a sponsor for CArl and David are just a little higher on his priorities.  I know that Kvapil is supposedly being run by Yates, but Jack was supposed to bring sponsor support for yates with Max, but gee that hasn't happened, yet.

wonder if some of these guys like Blaney and Kvapil are being looked at for RCR next year for that 4th team?  I'm curious who will fill that spot.  Nonetheless, great finish for Kvapil.

Blaney already had a short stint with RCR and things did not work out to well.  So I doubt they are paying much attention to him.  I think RCR is thinking a little bigger for thier fourth team.  There is going to be a odd man out at rousch so maybe it will be one of those guys.  I'm sure they will be hinting when we get towards the end of the year.
