First of all, Reggie Bush received *nothing* from USC. Anything he did receive came from would-be sports marketers, with whom his stepfather was greedy and stupid enough to align himself.
Unlike many big-time football schools, USC is a highly ranked, impeccable University. In other words, it is a *school* first. And this has been the case at a minimum since the early '90s. Steven Sample -- USC's President -- has brought great prestige to the institution. He is hands-on in his relationship to the football prgram -- he attends nearly all games, home and away -- and has a great relationship with Pete Carroll. If there were one inkling of the kind of corruption you suggest, Sample would be *all over it.*
Of course, at the end of the day, your post is motivated by one thing. I'll sum it up for you, brother. It's called ENVY.
